10 tips for healthy vision


Eyes is  important to keep us safe from moving. There are thousands of people who born blind and wishing that someday they will have chance to see the things that surrounds them. For the people who have the chance to see the beauty of surroundings, do not even care about the eyes that gives light.

 

I always hear same old problems of eyes like they see blurd, irritated and etc. I need to admit that I am one of those people. It was just lately when I realize what tatang is always telling me and he is very right. I had little irritation to my eyes due to using too much internet, sewing clothes and reading on the dark places.

 

Now, I learned my lesson and want to share some tips to maintain healthy vision. It is better to keep the eyes healthy than to wait for something that will happen in the future that can cause Blindness, irritation and more.

 

 

Avoid Smoking

      I do not smoke but I learned in medical school that smoking can cause cataracts and macular degeneration. Cataract usual develop little by little that can cause Blindness while macular degeneration have difficulty in reading and identify faces mostly with the age of 50’s that also causes blindness.

 

Avoid rubbing

      Do not try to touch your eyes and rub them because you are not sure about the cleanliness of your hand. Itchiness, fear to light and tear discharge can cause Sore eyes , it can be transmitted to different people.

 

Avoid using eyeglasses made for other people

       Different kinds of people have different kinds of eyes. Do not try use the eyeglasses prescribed for other people because you will experience to have difficulty in reading and looking from far places.

 

Balancing the diet

    Balancing the food your eating is not only for the eyes but for the whole body. Medical Expert always recommends eating foods rich in Vitamin A that includes green and yellow fruits and vegetables. Take note Too much Vitamin A can also be dangerous. It should not always be less than or more than.

 

Be on the Light

    This is my big problem before, I love reading books. I used to read on dark places and sometimes I feel dizzy. My tatang always advice me to sleep to help my eyes rest and looking at green things to cool them.

 

Check Family History

       You need to ask your family members specially parents, if there is a family history of eye diseases. It can help you to determine early, if you have. Go to Doctors for Check- ups to keep away from any risk.

 

Exercise Daily

     Studies shows that simple exercise can help your eyes . You can do bicycling, walking and playing sport. It will lessen the chances of macular degeneration that causes Blindness. Aside from that, you can make sure that all the parts of your body are healthy.

 

Eyeglasses with UV Protection

     Many use eyeglasses for fashion, it is not prohibited but you need to look for eyeglasses with UV Protection to help the eyes from harmful rays of the sun. If not you can have the big chance of having cataract that causes blindness.

 

Hairstyle not covering the eyes

     There are many designs for the hair. Never choose design that covers the eyes because hair has microorganisms causing conjunctive or sore eyes. It causes itchiness, fear to light and tear discharge that can transmit to other people.

 

Monitor

If you feel something wrong with your eyes, which is not normal and go to Doctors for Check up. It is always better to act immediately than to say sorry in the end. Learn to Monitor and never ask advice for people who do have enough knowledge about it.

 

A person gifted with eyes should always be thankful. Caring for them is responsibility that we should always take into consideration. It will not benefit other people but yourself.

Why Lack of Sleep can make you fat?

Today’s life is very stressful; we need to work hard to help our family. Most of the time, we are lack of sleep and it causes loss of focus, the mind and body do not work together to produce the right work needed. Studies shows if one person is lack of sleep, there is a big risk of becoming fat.  Here the reasons why:

 

It is because of two hormones named Ghrelin and Leptin.

When a person only have 7 hours or less sleep, it increases the function of grhelin hormones which produce hunger and lessen the function of Leptin which helps to balance of food intake. The tendency is you eat more than you expected and we know that our mind is seconds late to recognize that you already eat enough to satisfy our hunger.

 

Do not have enough Exercise

Many people, who are lack of sleep, eat a lot and do not exercise daily. They feel restless and do not have time to do exercise even if they want.

 

Improper function of Hypothalamus

The ventromedial nucleus extreme lateral part of Hypothalamus has the responsibility to control the food eating of a person. If you are stress and you can think of eating, different kinds of food with high calories can result to increase of weight.

 

Sleeping 8 to 9 hours a day is important. The body and mind can process properly. It will help you to have a clear mind and healthy body. No one wants be restless and see their self dying little by little. It is better to make sure that you have enough sleep than to suffer of losing focus and becoming a fat.

Many people said that you will never know when and where you will die.I wonder who will die first the men or women? We need to admit that our lives today are all in danger. You may be wondering why i said that. I observed that many people wants to save money and mostly they buy unhealthy foods because it has a cheap price. This can give them a high risk on their health specially men.

Many men do not care about what they eat while women are more conscious. I read an article today about men and women comparing about who lives longer. I find the reasons complicated like women have two Chromosomes while men have only one. I believe everyday routine of the men and women are the important factor. There are really many things that men do like:

Smoking

No matter what the Goverment warns the people specially men. They will not care about it because it turns out to be their habit and thousands of companies are still selling cigarettes. There are harmful substances in a cigarette like nicotine, carbon monixide and tar that cause the body to stop performing it’s daily job.

Drinking Alcoholic

There is no wrong in drinking alcoholic drinks because they also help the body. The reasons why it became harmful is due to habitual of drinking it. Many men find pleasure, release their stress and have the mentality to lessen the problems.

Eating unhealthy foods

Men have the mentality that they live only once so they need to do whatever they want. This mentality stop them from thinking what is right and wrong. Eating foods is one of their pleasure. They do not care about the effect of the food that they will eat, all they think about is the taste.

Lack of Exercise

Exercise is necessary to do everyday. It helps a person to maintain healthy lifestyle. Aside from that you can be sure that you are free from any sickness. Men are always busy so they have no time to exercise even if they like.

Depression

Studies show that many men choose to kill their self because of depression. There are many factors that makes a men depress like love, unsuccessful career, too much thinking of money, problems about family and more.

I believe that you can expand your life longer if you know how to take care of it. Women or Men should be responsible enough to maintain their own health. Besides it’s good to live in this world and you should think that it is a good blessing. So, be sure to act properly.

My husband and I got married too young. I observed that every year that we spend together he is getting fat. Well, I really do not but for the people around us it is a big issue. They want to know what happen to him. I do not want to sound boastful but my husband used to be thin ,when he was my boyfriend. I need to admit that when he became fat I got irritated to the way he look because I really cannot imagine that he will be like that.

Now, It is fine with me because the reason I marry him it is not because he is handsome and girls love him. No! Not in the Market

Many people say that when you are not looking for relationship because you already found someone. You do not mind your look anymore because there is no one to please. Well, I observed that if you want to attract someone you need to have a good body figure.

Advantage for the Marriage

There are many people getting jealous if they see their partner talking to someone. Therefore, other partner thinks that it is better to be fat so no one will get attracted to the way he/she looks and then it will stop the jealousy and maintain the good relationship of the marriage.

Not proper way of eating

Who will not be attracted to delicious food? Of course, no one. People loves to eat especially when at home. A person who knows how to make delicious food is attracting and convincing the people to eat more.

Eat excess food

If you see someone in the family who do not want to eat anymore and she have excess food. I am sure you will think that all the things today are expensive and  you will just eat the excess food. They think that they spend money to buy food and someone will just threw it away like garbage.

Food Practice of the Partner

When you are married, you adopt your partner’s attitude. If he loves to eat unhealthy food and high calories you will end up eating them also because you are curious about the taste and want to try it.
